Eligibility: Free to all Community Choice Energy and PG&E customers, including homeowners and renters.
Scope: Program services are available after there is at least 12 months of customer smart meter data. For homes with solar PV, other utility or community programs can use HomeIntel to provide the gas consumption information needed to assess a home's prospects of benefiting from an electrification upgrade; however, additional energy efficiency services are not available since utility electric meters for solar customers currently do not provide the data needed to complete an analysis of all home energy consumption patterns.
